Here's how it works. As soon as you reach a total


of £125* in a half-year period, you'll benefit from the advantages of Top 6 from your very next order. It doesn't matter how you place your direct orders with Tchibo: whether you use the convenient Internet option, or order by phone, fax or post. The Top 6 benefits apply to the current half-year (once you have placed orders totalling
£125*) and the following half-year.

Notice:
Order goods for your family, friends and colleagues to reach your half-year target easily.

For example:
You place an order on 15 January 2005 worth £65, followed by another order on 1 February 2005 totalling £60. That means you have ordered goods worth a total of £125 in a half-year period (since 1 January) and have qualified for our Top 6 bonus system! You'll start receiving discounts from your very next order - and on every other order placed before 31 December 2005!

Here's how your half-year total is calculated
Your half-year total is calculated from 1 January to
30 June and from 1 July to 31 December each year. It is the sum of all the consumer products you order from us in that period. We reserve the right to deduct the value of returned goods from your total. postage and packing costs do not count towards your half-year total.

The half-year total is the sum of the gross value of your orders, i.e. before your Top 6 discount is deducted.

Keep an eye on your total
You can find your current half-year total on every invoice - so you always know when you'll qualify for Top 6 status!

It's even easier if you set up your own account on Tchibo.co.uk - which is free of charge and entails no obligations, of course. This offers you an overview of your most recent orders as well as showing the value of your orders in that half-year.

As a Top 6 customer with a personal account, you can also see immediately what discount you will receive on your current order and how much you will save.
